Barn Progress Update
So we have finally made some progress on the Barn, which we are turning into Chris' workshop. The Barn itself is pretty beat. Needs a new floor, new electric, insulation, a door to the carport, etc, etc.
But so far we have Architect Plans to open up the space, a Contractor pending on Final Budget and Timeline and then hopefully we get a barn soon... real soon. (Because Chris needs it ASAP).
Chris has been hard at work ripping up old floor boards and cutting down walls, making sure to carefully save all this awesome really old reclaimed wood. His plan is to open up the space so it is 1 large room, instead of 3, close off the carport section with a garage door, lay a concrete floor and GET TO WORK! Should be easy enough right?
My job is just to get that Poison Ivy down before the Contractors start... Good times.
