Apr 5 HOUSE RENO- WHERE IT STARTED

Ok so before we jump into all the progress we made in the past few weeks, lets start at the beginning. Here are some before pics of the house during our 1st viewing. This is so you too can tell us that we are nutz and join in on the "THIS IS A LOT OF WORK" train. Never too late for that!!!

So you saw the front of the house. Super cute right? Home was built in 1873, has a lot of original charm on the exterior like the porches and original windows. Great piece of property off a main road so safer for Evie and the dogs. I took a creeper video the rainy day I drove past it back in the Fall so you can get a lay of the land. Look at this cute Historic Sign!

But then you go inside. And you see the 60s... or 70s... What's that saying about insides matching your outsides? or vice versa? or is that just about bad people? Well it kinda applies here.
